This is quite a good exercise bike for a medium-sized, semi-serious cyclist/exerciser. It sets up quite well in a 'road-bike' position and the pedals and toe-clips allow a good spin-style. The saddle provided is a bit soft in the middle; you find yourself pushing your hips back against the rear. It is, however, quite comfortable and spins of up to two hours don't require a massage! If you are tall (and I am 183 cm), it's not possible to stand and do out-of-the-saddle "hill-climbs", as the handlebars can't be adjusted forward far enough so your knees don't hit them (nor the seat far enough back). This said, it is very good to sit on and spin. The torsion knob for the pad-pressure on the flywheel is good, and adjusts incrementally very well. It is quite noisy, however, if you take your hands off the bars and sit up in the saddle. The unit is very stable and there's no noticeable flex or rock at all.

My wife has been using this for over a month now and she loves it. You cant go wrong with this product and more importantly the company. Good treadmill and folds up easily in my room to save space. Also quite safe with the emergency cable that is attached to your body and stops the treadmill if you fly off the treadmill somehow or just yank it yourself.

just want to say that I am extremely happy with this treadmill. I used to walk for 1hr 3 times a week but only lasted 2 weeks as my knees & kidney pain got unbearable. I need to walk for health reasons & I thought I' give the treadmill a go. I couldn't believe that my knees got better & kidney pain was bearable.
