My wife wanted a treadmill and put me in charge of research and purchasing as we both knew very little about treadmills. After visiting the big retail sports chains and gathering information about which was best treadmill specifications for both of us for our needs i then went online to see what other brands/prices were on offer. Bike is of excellent quality, and was relatively easy to put together following the instructions. I use it every morning, and find it considerably more comfortable than my previous exercise bike, with the larger seat and pedals, and find the display unit wonderful to follow. The pedalling action is improving the muscle tone in my legs, previously lost due to a hereditary disease.

After a few problems with delivery due to living in a gated lifestyle village, Dean gave extremely good service and arrange delivery. After delivery I unpacked the (large) carton and this morning I had my first walk on the machine. Installation was reasonably simple which was just as well, as the manual was in Chinees translated word for word into English. But the manual explained everything well enough. I am happy with the machine, it works well.

Hi everyone, I purchased this item on behalf of a merchant navy crew who wanted to have something simple to set up in a small room yet still viable enough to be able to help the crew get some exercise. The feedback I have had from them is that it was an excellent choice for what they required, light weight so easy to move and put together yet very durable for a wide range of crew to make use of. I highly recommend this rowing machine to anyone who may have limited space. Very good indeed.

I\'m very, very impressed with this product. I fully expected that as the price was at the lower end of the spectrum I would get exactly what I paid for. I expected poor quality and inferior materials. I couldn\'t have been more wrong. It installed easily, was of exceptional quality - even though it has only been installed for a month it has already weathered two severe wind storms and has come through with flying colours. The only disparaging remark I could offer is that all the birds in our neighbourhood now know the trampolines location and constantly use it to practice thier bombing runs :) - All jokes aside this is now a much used and much loved piece of family infrastructure there hasn\'t been a day where the kids haven\'t been outside enjoying it and admitidly there has also been the occassional night where this 120Kg adlosesent has gone out and attempted to increase his skill levels :). I have osteo arthritis in the knees and was told cycling might help strengthen the muscles around the knee which in turn would help ease the pain. I am pleased to announce that I have had no more pain since using this machine for only a few minutes several times a day. I know it is not a cure but it sure is a help.
