Purchased this just before Easter and with Dean's help I was able to pick it up from the couriers drop off center on the Thursday afternoon. The courier company were fantastic, the machine comes in 2 boxes and they cleaned them before we attempted to load them in the car. One fitted but the other box was over 2 meter's long so they helped me break it down and load the pieces in to my car. Great service all round. I put it together by myself and it took about 2 1/2 hours, would have been quicker if I had a ring spanner and or ratchet and with some help. Found it easy to put together with good instructions and all parts included. It is a good quality strong system certainly a lot better than the cheap benches you see everywhere and almost as good as professional systems in gyms. At this price (thank you Aussie dollar) it is by far the best value for money I spent or seen. The system is set up to be used with Olympic weights you can remove the cover's from the weight plate holders and then you can use other (smaller holed) weights. However the spring weight plate holders are only for Olympic weights so you may need to purchase a couple of smaller springs if you use smaller holed weights. The only thing I have found is that as I am 6"3 and the leg extension doesn't have the ability to adjust the height so I find my feet hit the ground before completing a full rep. Extremely happy with the product and it only needed 4 hexs screws to be put in and 4 small screwss to attach some flashing bits and it was ready to go.
