The customer service was fantastic, truly gave personalised service and follow up. That's what got me engaged with Endurance while shopping other brands, but it was the quality of the product that just sealed the deal for me!
The delivery was smooth and setup was simple and straightforward - a few bolts and an amazing gas lift system that made moving/lifting a breeze.
The Zoom model I received has great features such as auto incline and heart rate monitoring - all easy to access and use.
I would highly recommend purchasing from Endurance, you will NOT be disappointed!

I love my endurance
Have had my endurance treadmill for 10 weeks and with the recent rain and flooding in Brisbane I have been able to keep up my fitness program. Easy to out together and easy to use

Easy and well built
The treadmill works perfectly fine. No hassles. Very easy to use. The motor used is good to increase the speed.

I did my research and Endurance Treadmills got the green light for price and quality. I then phoned the company and spoke with a very helpful man about what I needed. He explained the differences and actually recommended the cheapest one as the suitable for me! He advised me that there would be a wait as there were none in the country but I went ahead and ordered it. It arrived well within the timeframe specified. It was easy to set up. I use it mostly for walking and occasional jogging and it suits me perfectly. It is easy to operate and the none slip belt is excellent. It is easy enough for me, a 65 y.o. female to put up and down but you have to do so manually (one of the reasons it is cheaper). It is also relatively easy to move from place to place. A word of warning - the rubber feet have left marks on the polished floors which I haven't been able to remove. I now have something under them for protection. I am very happy with my purchase ed and feel like it will keep going for years to come.
