    Very Happy.
    I'm a 67 year old male with bad knees and back, I cannot walk far.
    Endurance recumbent bike easly supports my weight and I'm able to still get a workout that raises my heart rate. I'm now able to give my body the excerise it needs.
    The computer operation manual requires a rewrite so it is easier to understand.

    Excellent exercise bike for gentle exercise

    This exercise bike is excellent for gentle exercise. It has a comfortable seat with good back support. It is a recumbent bike so is easier to mount than conventional exercise bikes. The seat height adjustment covers a wide range of heights and is easy to set with one lever.

    There is a large range of programs plus provision for user programs.

    The only minor issue I have with the bike is the seat mount system has a small amount of sideways slop which can be a bit annoying especially when using the heart rate monitor. I was able to fix this packing a small gap with a thin strip of stiff cardboard.
