    Took a while to unpack as just back in house after 4 months bring flood affected here in Mullumbimby. A friend helped to assemble which was easy. Have been using it for 5 days now & all well. Cheers, Charmaine @ Mullumbimby.

    More exercise and less wine!!!

    I am 78 and therefore an oldie. My doctor suggested that I “do more exercise and drink less wine”. With this in mind and wanting the flexibility that the treadmill would allow, I bought an Endurance treadmill.
    So at the moment I am doing Week 1 of the Heart Foundation Walking program. I have cut down a little with my wine – smaller glass do it!
